A 40ft high cube built out as a self-contained studio: open-plan living and sleeping area, a bathroom, and a kitchenette, finished and delivered in one piece. It arrives on a truck and is craned into position, so the build time that would go into a conventional structure happens in the factory instead.

Read this before you buy
A dwelling is not a storage container, and the container is the smaller half of the job.
- Council approval is required. A habitable structure needs development approval and a building permit in every Australian state. Requirements, setbacks and whether it can be a second dwelling on your block vary by council. Start there, not here.
- Site works are not included: footings or piers, connection to water, sewer or septic, stormwater, and electrical connection are all separate.
- Certification. Ask your certifier early what documentation they need — we can supply engineering and compliance paperwork for the unit itself.
We would rather you found out about a council issue before you paid us than after. Call and talk it through.
Image shown is representative of this build, not the individual unit you will receive. Cladding, finishes and window placement vary between builds.
Price includes GST. Delivery, craneage, site works, connections and approvals are not included.
