1. Delivery Coverage

Wilson Estate delivers new and used shipping containers, container offices and container homes to metro and regional locations across Australia. Delivery availability and lead times to remote areas are confirmed at the time of quoting.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Metro deliveries are typically completed within 2–7 business days of order confirmation. Regional deliveries and custom-modified units generally take 1–3 weeks. Timeframes are estimates and can be affected by weather, site access, and carrier availability.

3. Site Access Requirements

Before delivery is booked, our team will confirm that your site has firm, level, compacted ground and sufficient clearance for a crane truck or side-loader (typically 30 metres of straight clearance for side-loader drop-off). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery site is accessible and prepared on the agreed delivery date.

4. Delivery Costs

Delivery pricing is calculated based on container size, distance from our nearest yard, and site accessibility. An indicative delivery cost is provided with every quote; final cost is confirmed once site details are verified.

5. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot proceed due to inaccessible site conditions, incorrect address details, or nobody available to receive the container, a redelivery fee may apply. We will always attempt to contact you before a delivery attempt to confirm access.

6. Container Placement

Our drivers will place your container as close as safely possible to the position agreed at time of order. Final placement is subject to ground conditions and safe operating clearances on the day.
