1. Product Listings

We make every effort to ensure container descriptions, condition grades and photos are accurate and up to date. Used container stock is limited and subject to availability — a specific unit shown online may sell before your order is confirmed, in which case we will offer the nearest equivalent or a full refund of any deposit paid.

2. Condition Grading

Used containers are graded A (minor cosmetic wear), B (moderate cosmetic wear, fully weatherproof) or C (heavier wear, sold as-is for storage use). Grading reflects cosmetic and functional condition at time of inspection.

3. Quotes & Validity

Online and emailed quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated, after which pricing may be subject to change.

4. Deposits & Order Confirmation

A deposit or full payment is required to confirm an order and reserve stock or fabrication slots for custom units. Deposit amounts are confirmed at the time of quoting.

5. Bulk & Trade Orders

Businesses ordering multiple units may be eligible for bulk pricing and dedicated delivery scheduling. Contact our sales team to discuss trade account terms.

6. Hire Arrangements

Where containers are supplied on a hire basis rather than sold, separate hire terms covering duration, condition-on-return and damage liability will be provided and must be agreed before delivery.

7. GST & Invoicing

All sales are invoiced in AUD inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. A tax invoice is issued on payment.
