1. Acceptance of Terms

By using acscontainers.com or placing an order with Wilson Estate, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Quotes & Orders

Online prices are indicative and subject to confirmation based on final site access and delivery distance. An order is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received and a written order confirmation is issued.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude GST and delivery. Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed in writing.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quoting. Full payment or an agreed deposit is generally required prior to delivery unless a credit account has been separately arranged.

5. Container Condition

Used containers are sold in the condition described and graded (A, B or C) at the time of sale. Cosmetic imperfections such as surface rust, dents and marking are expected on used stock and do not constitute a defect unless they affect structural integrity or weatherproofing as described.

6. Site Access & Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and adequate site access as outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delays or additional costs caused by inaccessible sites are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of a container remains with Wilson Estate until paid in full. Risk in the container passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wilson Estate’s liability for any claim arising from the supply of goods or services is limited to the resupply of the goods/services or the cost of resupply, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
